Our Williams landing pilates Studio

Pilates Nation is a boutique, Contemporary Pilates studio, established in Williams Landing. The Studio utilises only Professional Grade STOTT Pilates equipment.

With no more than 10 people in a class, the setting is personal and intimate. The small class sizes allow for individualised correction and appropriate exercise modification for each participant in the class, and with more time to spend with each person, we’re able to maximize the effectiveness of each Pilates session.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

The initial assessment is a 60 minute, 1:1 assessment which will give you a tailor made individualised program for your condition and goals.

PRIVATE LESSON

Private Lessons are perfect if you have a goal that requires the instructor’s undivided attention or would prefer to train privately in our studio without other members.

SMALL GROUP PILATES

Work in a small group of 3 people, under the careful supervision of a certified instructor.

GROUP REFORMER PILATES

Applying the principles of pilates in each exercise, these sessions are either Reformer, Barre or Mat classes or a mixture of all 3. The reformer classes use the reformer to add tension/load and resistance via their springs and ropes.

Julie Pilates Instructor

With the knowledge that challenge is essential to effecting change in strength and stamina, Julie is passionate about educating and safely guiding her clients to push past their comfort zone.  With a strong emphasis on form and technique in her classes, Julie follows the rule of quality over quantity, with a good zing of fun and laughter to keep you coming back!

Jacqueline Pilates Instructor

Belinda Pilates Instructor

Belinda is a Certified Reformer and Matwork Pilates instructor with a Cert IV in Fitness. Having studied at the Victorian College of the Arts, Belinda comes from a professional dance background in Broadway musical theatre productions across Europe and Asia. She has now transitioned her passion from dance into Pilates movement.

Belinda loves the mental and physical challenges of movements and gets super excited to assist the class in finding their own flow of movement  with the occasional burn!

Matthew Studio Manager & Pilates Instructor

Matthew is a STOTT Pilates trained reformer instructor.  He is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1, and is currently completing a conditioning and rehabilitation placement with Carlton Football Club.  Previously completed Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) at RMIT and is currently studying Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice at LaTrobe University.  As Pilates grows in popularity, it is being added as a source of rehabilitation and physical exercise.  Coming from an exercise and rehabilitation background, Matthew focuses on correct technique and modifications for clients where applicable in order to find correct muscle activation, minimise injury potential and strengthen target areas.  The most important thing though, is to have fun whilst doing it!
